Sneak peak at the entry way of our Encinitas project. From the Santa Barbara Stucco and Hardie Aspyre siding to the Clear Cedar soffit, trimmed out with Metal Clad beams, all leading to the Custom made 4x8 White Oak front door fabricated from scratch at Structwell HQ. So many trades coming together to bring this to life.

We’re not the greatest at posting our work unfortunately, but when we get to go visit a prior project it would be rude not to snap a shot or 2 of this awesome Master Bath. Fresh with sandblasted privacy screen glass doors, heated floors that run into the shower (cause no one wants cold feet in their morning shower!) The preparation that was necessary to line up the skylights for natural light to wash the center of each sink / mirror ran many months prior and coordination efforts with multiple trades. #customhomes #sandiegoconstruction #sandiego #sandiegocontractor #missionhillssd #missionhillssandiego

Some more shots from our recent Mission Hills project. Limited to original window layout/design per Historical society, Clients opting to go with green cabinets as a nod to the original kitchen. We could sense the anxiety all the way until installation as to whether the right choice was made! In the end, Cabinets were executed perfectly and fit the vibe of this century old house renovation all the way. We couldn’t do these homes without all the awesome trade partners we have built up over time that constantly come through for us. Some more shots from our recent century old whole house remodel. This time the super exciting focus on glass. The intention was to make the glass look clean, simple and disappear into the floor, however the planning and prep was anything but simple. The amount of work and coordination that went into sinking the beams, glass base and oak detailing for this effect that many may never get noticed was intensive, yet well worth it in our eyes. Pair this landing with recessed living wall niches, 6 skylights, and 10 windows and it all makes for a pretty awesome reading and relax area.

Had the chance to revisit a house we completed last year.To be able to walk in after handing over the keys over a year ago and get a big hug and smiles from the owners, who show gratitude and appreciation for everything that went into this project is truly rewarding and why we do this. We don’t take for granted the level of trust we are given to execute clients’ dreams and generally biggest investment - we take pride in not only the level of execution but also the relationships we form along the way and make sure everyone is 100% in love with their house and happy they chose to use us.
